The Veridian Building sits on one of the busiest intersections in Metro Des Moines. The structure is a four-story, wood-framed building that houses a branch of Veridian Credit Union as well as mixed-use retail on the first floor, with three stories of apartments above. Located in Ingersoll Square, the finalization of this building completes Phase 3 of the redevelopment of this area. Boasting some stunning views of downtown, Des Moines, the Veridian Building was a $8.6 million project that included 47 housing units and 5500 square feet of commercial space
