The development of a 100,000 square-foot medical facility in North Liberty, was designed to enhance both patient experience and operational efficiency through a modern clinic layout incorporating on-stage and off-stage design elements. Within this facility, 83,000 square-feet is dedicated to a new ambulatory surgery center (ASC), featuring six fully equipped operating rooms. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of orthopedic services, including x-ray imaging and durable medical equipment. In addition, the project includes a strategic partnership with the adjacent Progressive Therapy clinic to support integrated, multidisciplinary care.
