A 90,000 square foot office building and infrastructure improvements will be located in the Kettlestone development–a 1,500-acre, mixed-use development. A new home to an insurance brokerage firm, this two-story office building will provide a more collaborative, modern space for its employees and clients. The new building will achieve the company’s aim to keep all 350 local employees under one roof.
