Mills Crossing, a 20-acre development along Mills Civic Parkway, brought REI, The Container Store, and a boutique grocery store to the Jordan Creek Corridor. The anchor retail space, consisting of over 70,000 square feet, and was specifically collaborated with each tenant to customize their individual concepts in their space. REI opened its first location in Iowa at Mills Crossing, and detailed their store with concrete floors, wood accents and high ceilings with exposed metal duct work.
